Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations at any time deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling appointments within 48 hours will results in deposit to be forfeited. Appointments rescheduled before 48 hours, deposit will be transferred to new chosen date. Appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance or 50% cost of the service will be charged to the credit card on file. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee. Any no call-no shows will be charged a no show fee of 50% cost of the service and repeat no show offenders will be blocked from future bookings. Upon booking an appointment with SILK AESTHETICS you are automatically agreeing to this policy. NO REFUNDS
